Our policies

We have some policies listed below, but in plain English, they're mostly what you'd expect:

- We use cookies on the site

- We're careful not to share your data unnecessarily, other than to ship products to you

- We'll start making your product as soon as we possibly can, and ship it as soon as it's ready, typically within 5 working days

- We only accept returns where items are defective, however they're all quality inspected, and safely packaged.

- We do not accept returns for customised/personalised items

- We'd love you to sign up to our newsletter, we promise not to spam your email all the time, you can of course opt out at any time.
